A Team is the location of the operating region for a dispatcher, administrator, driver, and store. Each Pick-up location is associated with one Team. Drivers, managers, and dispatchers are also linked to Teams.
A web user has to be linked to a Team in order to see orders and drivers in the Team. A driver must also be linked to a Team to see available orders.
You must create Teams before creating Users or Pick-up locations.
To create or edit a Team, go to Properties → Teams and click Create:
To edit a Team, go to Properties, select a team and click Edit:
- Team Name: enter in the Team's name.
- Is This Your Default Team: when a request is received to create an order in a non-existing pickup, a new pick-up is created in the default team.
- Timezone: choose the timezone your team is in. All reports with the orders associated with this Team will be shown according to the chosen timezone.
Team Name and Timezone are necessary fields. Once you’ve filled them in, you can click the “Save” button, and your team will be created. After that, you can proceed to the advanced settings:
