Mass Messaging for Drivers

You can send messages to multiple drivers by creating a separate topic that will be sent as an announcement.

How to Use Mass Messaging

1. Select Drivers
Click on the icon and choose the drivers you'd like to message.

The Mass Messaging feature allows sending messages to up to 100 users per list, including both drivers and dispatchers with access to selected teams.

When selecting drivers in bulk, a warning message will display the exact number of users that can still be added to the list.

2. Specify a Topic
Enter the name of the topic, which will be used as the subject of the notification.

3. Compose and Send
Write your message and send it to the selected drivers. The topic will appear in the list of chats with the drivers.

Notes

• Drivers will not be able to reply to these messages, as this feature is intended for announcements only. For further inquiries, drivers will need to contact the Dispatcher directly.
• Important: There is a limit of up to 100 drivers per message.
