Vehicle Type Rules Settings

This setting can be found in Properties > Global settings > General > Drivers section:

You can specify the following parameters:

• • Max Order Value - The maximum order value available for delivery for this vehicle type.
  • Max Distance - The maximum distance from pick-up to drop-off allowed for delivery for this vehicle type.
  • Max Number of Orders - The maximum number of orders drivers can deliver at the same time for this vehicle type.

To apply these restrictions to Quote processing policies, the following checkboxes must be selected:

• • For model ‘Self-delivery only’ (applied only to ASAP orders):  Properties > Global settings > Integrations > ‘Quotes processing policies’ section > Check Driver’s Vehicle Type
  • For model ‘Hybrid Delivery’ : Properties > Global settings > Integrations > ‘Delivery model’ section > Check Driver’s Vehicle Type

The same restrictions can be added on a Team level and Vehicle Type Rules will be taken into account when distributing orders by either Autodispatch or availability for Self-assign: 

Properties > Teams > Combined Self-assign/Autodispatch > Check Driver’s Vehicle Type
