Push Notifications for Upcoming Orders

You can configure the notification lead time (in minutes) to alert drivers about upcoming accepted orders.

To set this up, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Properties > Global Settings > General > Drivers Section > Upcoming Order Reminder.
2. Specify the lead time for notifications.

At the designated time before the scheduled pick-up, the driver will receive a push notification containing the order details.

Text Message and Chat Notifications for Catering Orders

You can automate reminders for drivers about upcoming catering orders.

To enable and configure this feature:

1. Go to Properties > Notifications > Driver Notifications.
2. Set the timeframe for sending reminders before the pick-up time.
3. Select the notification method (text message or chat) and customize the reminder message.

Note: This feature is exclusively for catering orders, which are either flagged as catering through the integration or manually by the dispatcher.
