Toast UK Integration (3rd Party Delivery Model)

This guide will walk you through how to activate Cartwheel with your Toast UK account under the third-party delivery model.

1. Activate the Cartwheel Integration in Toast

• Log into your Toast account.
• Go to Integrations > Browse & purchase integrations in the left-hand menu.
• Search for “Cartwheel” and click “Add Now”.

2. Enable Self-Delivery in Toast

Note: even though it says "Own Drivers," don’t worry. That’s just the label Toast uses to allow Cartwheel to receive your orders.

In your Toast account, navigate to Takeout & Delivery > Toast Online Ordering > Delivery.

Under "How do you want to deliver orders to guests?", select "My own delivery drivers". 

This will trigger an email notification to the Cartwheel team to begin setup on our side.

Your Onboarding Manager or Cartwheel Support will activate the integration and confirm once it’s live.
