You can use Phone Masking to hide customers' and drivers' real phone numbers in order to protect privacy for both sides.
How it works
If a customer's phone number is entered in the order details, the driver will be able to contact the customer right after the order acceptance. Neither driver nor the customer will see each other's real phone numbers. Cartwheel will replace them with fake ones.
After the order is delivered, the text/call session between the driver and the customer remains active for 5 minutes to allow the customer to contact the driver in case of a question or issue about a delivery.
Note: drivers must have a correct phone number saved in their profiles, otherwise phone masking won't work and drivers/customers won't be able to communicate.
