Orders Containing Controlled Substances

When an order contains controlled substances, there may be additional required actions within the Driver App to complete the order.

Verify Age

Tap Verify Age to Scan Customer ID or Enter Date of Birth. This is required for all delivery orders with controlled substances.

If you scan the customer's ID, this is enough for completing verification. In case of entering the date of birth manually, it is also required to upload the photo of the ID.

Signature

You may also be required to get the customer's signature, The customer can sign within the app to prove that they have received and checked their order.

After completing each step, all icons will turn green. When all steps have been successfully completed and the customer is verified, you can complete the drop off.
