To create a driver, go to Drivers > Drivers:
Click Add driver:
This will open the Driver Edit screen, where you can create a new driver.
- First and Last Name: enter the driver's name.

Phone: enter the driver's phone number.
The phone number serves as the driver’s login.
When the account is created, the driver will receive a text message containing the company name, login credentials, and a link to download the Driver App.
A valid phone number is also required for password reset through the app and allows clients to call the driver directly. -
Available Teams: Displays the list of all available teams.
The driver can be assigned to multiple teams to operate with.
Use the “...” icon to search or select teams. - Active Team: Select the driver’s primary team — where they will be accepting and delivering orders. This must be one of the selected Available Teams.
Note: if the Store Manager creates a Driver, they need to choose the team for the driver that is the same as their team. Otherwise, they will not be able to see the driver. See how to create/edit a team here.

Fill other fields if needed.
When done, click Save and Close.
