Drivers can now log in using their phone numbers. During login, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent for verification, removing the need to remember or manage a password.
For users who log in with a username, a password reset can be requested by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login screen.
Enter Company name and Username or Phone number:
Click Reset password. You will get a confirmation window.
Note: drivers can get a verification code only by a text message to their phone number, not by email. If a phone number is not set on their account, the dispatcher must change their password from the Web dashboard.
You will receive a verification code to the phone number connected with your Driver User.
Enter this code from the text in the Verification code field.
Create and enter a new strong password, repeat it, and click the Next button.
After you click Next, you will be redirected to the login form. Enter your Company name, Username, and new password to proceed.
