Map Legend (Icons)

The Dispatcher map displays a series of icons to flag orders, alerts, drivers, and pickup and drop-off locations. In the menu at the top of the map, you can check the checkboxes and input data, switching between different tabs. The changes will be reflected automatically.

 

Orders Tab

If this tab is chosen, by default the Dispatcher map will show today orders, scheduled orders alerts, driver locations, store icons and completed order icons.

Order Icons

These icons mark the drop off locations on the Dispatcher Map:

 

– unassigned order  

– order that has been accepted by a driver

– order that has been picked up by a driver 

– order that is about to be delivered; driver is at the customer's location

– order that has been assigned to a driver, but not yet accepted

 

 

Alert Icons

These icons mark the order drop-off locations on the Dispatcher Map that are past due:

 

– unassigned order  

– order that has been accepted by a driver

– order that has been picked up by a driver 

– order that is about to be delivered; driver is at the customer's location

– order that has been assigned to a driver, but not yet accepted

 

 

Scheduled Order Icon

This icon marks the drop off locations of scheduled orders on the Dispatcher Map:

Driver Location Icons

These icons mark the drivers’ locations on the Dispatcher Map:

 

– available driver  

– driver that has accepted an order  

– driver that has picked up an order 

– driver that is at a drop-off location about to deliver an order  

– driver that has been assigned with an order but has not yet accepted it  

 

Store Icon

This icon marks the pick-up location:  

Completed Order Icon

This icon marks the drop off location of a completed order:

Note: Show Completed Orders on the Dispatcher Map setting should be enabled in the Team settings in order to see this icon.

 

Drivers Tab

If this tab is chosen, by default the Dispatcher map will show order drop-off locations and drivers' locations.

Drop-off Icons

These icons show the orders’ drop-off locations:

– unassigned order  

– order that has been accepted by a driver  

– order that has been picked up by a driver 

– order that is about to be delivered; driver is at the customer's location

– order that has been assigned to a driver, but not yet accepted  

 

Driver Icons

These icons mark drivers’ locations:

 

– available driver  

– driver that has accepted an order  

– driver that has picked up an order 

– driver that is at a drop-off location about to deliver an order  

– driver that has been assigned with an order but has not yet accepted it
