General Reports
These reports are standard and are available on every customer dashboard.
Order info report
This report enables you to download all the details for completed and canceled orders, mirroring the information available in the Orders tab.
Mileage Report
Shows the total number of miles a driver has driven for the set period. The Driving distance is calculated as a round trip from pickup to drop-off location and back.
Mileage Report for All Locations
This report tracks how much a driver has driven over a set period, showing the total miles for each pick-up location. The Driving distance is calculated as a round trip from pickup to drop-off location and back.
Driver Mileage
Shows how many miles a driver had driven for each order, calculated based on the routes provided by Google.
Tip Report
The report breaks down Tips per order, sorted by date and pick-up location.
Tip Report with Driver Pay
The report breaks down Driver Pay and Tips per order, sorted by date and pick-up location.
Delivery Performance Report
Displays information for each order categorized by delivery timing: 15+ minutes early, delivered on time, 5 to 15 minutes late, and 30+ minutes late.
Delivery Performance Report as Chart
Allows you to download data from the Delivery Performance Dashboard tab as an Excel file. It highlights the number of orders delivered on time and those delivered late.
Drivers Not Active for 45 Days
This report identifies drivers who have not been active for the specified period (customizable, not restricted to 45 days). It includes details such as the last recorded coordinates before the set date.
Visibility Summary
This report shows how much time drivers spent logged in and visible in the Driver App by day.
Store Sales by Week
Shows the total order amount, average check, distance, and tip for each location during the specified week.
Store Sales by Day
Shows the total order amount, average check, distance, and tip for each location on the specified day.
Store Weekly Sales by Days
Displays the total order amount for each location on each day of the specified week.
Guest satisfaction report
This report displays the ratings provided by clients after order completion, along with the order numbers, client information, and timestamps associated with the orders. These details help assess whether the orders were delivered on time.
Insurance audit report
This report contains information about orders for the specified period, including order number, pickup location, total and tip amounts, and driving distance.
Finance report
Provides information about orders sorted by the Pick-Up location, including the order number, delivery mileage, pickup timezone, associated timestamps, and the duration of driver lateness for each order.
Cash report
The report displays the cash amounts for orders with a payment type of "Cash," along with the corresponding dates and driver names.
DSP Performance Report
This report provides an overview of the delivery service's efficiency and reliability. It includes metrics such as delivery timeliness, average acceptance time, time spent at pick-up and drop-off locations, customer ratings, and delivery fees.
General Report + Delivery Delays
The report provides information about the orders, focusing on the expected and actual delivery timestamps. It specifies how much the driver was late for drop-off if they were delayed.
Completed Orders Report
This report provides information about completed orders, including their finish date, driver ID, driving distance and Team timezone.
Rejected quotes report
Report containing information about rejected quotes, including quote details and reject reasons. Particularly useful for Olo clients.
Custom Reports
Reports from these groups can be added to your system by request.
3rd Party Only Orders Report
Calculates how many completed orders were sent to DoorDash and UberDirect.
Actual Distance report
Shows how many miles a driver had driven per day calculated by driver coordinates.
Completed orders per location per hour
The report shows the number of completed orders per pickup location per hour.
Completed orders per driver per hour
The report shows the number of completed orders per driver per hour.
DSP Orders per Day
This report shows the number of orders delivered by DSP per day for each store.
Everee report
Provides driver payment information in a template that can be uploaded to Everee.

Revoked orders report
This report includes details of orders that have been revoked, regardless of their current order status. The columns are similar to the Order Info report, with the addition of the Revoked Date, indicating when the order was marked as revoked.
