To gain the capability of sending orders to DoorDashDrive, please follow these steps:
1. Activate the Cartwheel Integration
Kindly register your Cartwheel/DoorDash account using the provided link.
Once you've completed the registration, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or our support team through email at support@trycartwheel.com. We will finalize the integration process and let you know.
Note: If you currently possess an existing DD Drive account with terms more favorable than what Cartwheel provides, kindly inform us, and we'll facilitate the transfer of this account.
2. Optional - Choose Primary and Fallback DSP
If you have another DSP integration enabled besides DoorDash, you can choose your preferred and fallback DSP services. To do so, navigate to Properties > Global Settings > Integrations > DSP Properties.
The service from the Primary DSP will work as the default one, and the order will always be sent to that DSP first. If, for some reason, the first DSP can't accept the delivery, the order will be automatically sent to the DSP specified in the Fallback DSP section.
3. Optional - Set Vehicle Types
You can specify the vehicle types allowed for DoorDash Drive deliveries. To configure this, navigate to Properties > Global Settings > Integrations, scroll to the DSP section, and select the desired vehicle type(s).
By default, all vehicle types are selected.
For Refund Requests:
If you need a refund, please follow these steps:
- Request the refund directly from DoorDash by sending an email to drive-support@doordash.com.
- You can also request a refund through the merchant portal.
Please include the following information in your refund request:
- DoorDash delivery ID number (a ten-digit number starting with 2)
- The date of the delivery
- The amount you are expecting to be refunded
- The reason for the refund
