With Access Groups, you can manage visibility permissions in your account.
Access Groups have a hierarchical structure: users in a parent group will see everybody in their group and all child groups. But users from child groups won't be able to see anybody from the parent group.
All users must be attached to an Access Group. First, create a Group, and then add users to it.
Creating a New Group
Currently, only Cartwheel Admins can create new Access Groups. To add a new Access Group, please contact your Customer Success Manager or our support team at support@trycartwheel.com.
To view existing Access Groups, go to Administration → Access Groups.
Adding a new User to the Group
Under the Group, click Create:

Adding an Existing User to the Group
To add a user to a group, go to Administration → Users:
Select the user and click Edit. Select the group you just created in the Group field:
Click Save and Close when finished.
