New Features
Time Adjustment Settings by Order Source
You can now adjust pick up and delivery times for orders from specific sources. Set a time offset in minutes (positive or negative) to shift the scheduled times forward or backward.
For example, if set to -15 minutes, an order scheduled for 11:00 AM will be created with a time of 10:45 AM.
Configure these settings in Properties > Global Settings > General > Order Processing > Pick up by Adjustment / Deliver by Adjustment.
Updated Features
1. Display Circle Delivery Areas on the Dispatcher Map
You can now display both polygon and circle delivery areas on the Dispatcher map simultaneously. When the setting is enabled, all configured delivery zones will be visible regardless of their shape - polygons and circles together.
To enable this, open Map Settings on the Dispatcher map and check 'Pick-Up Delivery Area' and/or 'Team Delivery Area'.
Note: Delivery area circles are displayed only for pick-ups currently visible on the map.
2. Optimized Pick-Up Display on Dispatcher Map
The Dispatcher map now displays only pick-up locations that have active or scheduled orders, significantly improving map performance. This is controlled by the Optimize Pick-up Rendering setting in Map Settings. The setting is enabled by default but can be disabled to show all pick-up locations.
Note: Pick-up polygons are now visible only when the map is zoomed in (zoom level 11 or higher).
3. DSP Delivery ID History
When an order is sent to a third-party DSP, the DSP delivery ID is now immediately recorded in the order's business log. This means you can now see delivery IDs from all DSPs that handled an order — even if the order was redirected, canceled, or rejected — making it easier to contact DSPs directly for refunds or inquiries without needing to reach out to support.
4. Improved Visibility for Revoked Orders
Revoked orders are now easier to identify with a gray background on order cards and a distinct gray icon on the map. The 'Assign Driver' option has been removed from the dropdown menu for Revoked orders.
Resolved Issues
- Internal improvements to enhance app stability, security, and performance.
- Minor UI updates for a smoother user experience.
- FFixed requests to Uber to prevent them from sending bicycle drivers for large deliveries.
-
Fixed an issue where orders were not sent to the Fallback DSP if the Primary DSP canceled them before driver acceptance. Now, orders are automatically redirected to the Fallback DSP regardless of acceptance status.
