Delivery Time Tiers Based on Order Value

You can now define multiple tiers for the Time Spent at Pickup/Drop-off settings based on the order amount.

This additional time is added to the delivery duration calculated by the route, allowing larger orders to automatically include extra pickup or drop-off time. The result is a more accurate and flexible delivery time estimate.

All existing configurations are automatically migrated to preserve your current setup.

Updated features

1. Admin Notes in Compact View Mode

You can now view Admin Notes in the Compact View of the Dispatcher Map in addition to the Classic View.

Simply hover over the notes icon next to the order number to see the details.

2. Enhanced Inheritance Settings at the Pick-Up Level

Improved the logic for inheritance settings at the Pick-Up level. A Copy from Global button has been added for the Tracking Page Customization and Manager Notifications blocks when the Pick-Up Specific option is selected. The entire block can now be inherited as a whole, with the option to make custom modifications afterward.

3. Improved ETA and Delivery Time Calculation

We’ve improved how the system calculates delivery routes and driver ETAs. It now uses more precise distance and travel time data, resulting in more accurate pickup and drop-off estimates.

4. Identifying Olo Restaurants by Store ID

When a quote is received from Olo, the Store ID parameter is recorded as the restaurant’s unique identifier. This ensures that each order is accurately matched to the correct restaurant location.

5. Tracking Page UI Updated

The tracking page layout has been improved, including better handling and display of large logos.

Internal improvements to enhance app stability, security, and performance.
Minor UI updates for a smoother user experience.
The Address2 line is now included when sending address details to Uber Direct.
Properties tab now loads faster.
