1. MonkeySoft Solutions™ Integration

We are excited to announce that the integration with MonkeySoft Solutions™(MSI) is now available for our clients!

MonkeySoft Solutions™ (MSI) makes it easy to manage off-premise operations with features like online ordering, delivery management, and seamless accounting.

With this integration, you can run your business more efficiently and deliver a better experience to your customers.

2. DSP Gateway

We are excited to announce the release of DSP Gateway, designed to enable third-party teams to easily develop integrations between Cartwheel and third party delivery fleets.

If there is a delivery service provider you wish to work with that currently lacks integration with Cartwheel but has its own API, DSP Gateway now makes it possible to establish this integration more quickly and efficiently than before.

3. SSO for Corporate users

We are excited to announce that you can now enable single sign-on (SSO) by connecting your Google Workspace or Microsoft Azure to Cartwheel.

This lets you securely log in using your corporate credentials, making access more seamless and efficient.

4. Mass Messaging for Drivers Now Available

You can now send messages to multiple drivers by creating a separate topic that will be sent as an announcement.

How to Use Mass Messaging:

1. Click on the icon and select the drivers you'd like to message.

2. Specify the name of the topic, which will be used as the subject of the notification.

3. Enter your message and send it to the selected drivers.

The topic will appear in the list of chats with the drivers.

Note that drivers will not be able to reply to these messages, as this feature is intended for announcements only.

For any additional information, drivers will need to reach out to the Dispatcher.

Important: There is a limit of up to 100 drivers per message.

Updated Features

1. Updated DSP Delivery ID Format

Previously, the DSP Delivery ID was made up of multiple parts, which could extend its length to over 80 characters and impact the creation of deliveries via the DSP API.

The new, simplified ID format will prevent these issues and improve future integrations.
