The Square Online Integration allows you to receive orders into your Cartwheel account from Square Online.
Step 1. Authorize your Square account
Once you're logged in to Cartwheel, you will be asked to authorize your Square account in the yellow banner at the top of the page:
After clicking Authorize, you will be redirected to the Square sign in page to enter your email & password:
In the next step, grant access to Cartwheel to continue:
After you click Allow, you will be redirected back to Cartwheel with a success message, after which you will see that Square integration is Active.
Under Locations, you will see the list of the locations under your merchant account.
Step 2. Select Your Locations
Once you've authorized your Square account, your Cartwheel & Square integration is active.
Once the integration is active, you need to activate your locations to start getting orders. Select the Locations you would like to activate, click Save at the bottom of the page, and confirm:
You will then see the checkboxes next to your activated locations.
Your Pick-up locations will automatically be created in Cartwheel. You can find them under Properties > Pick-up locations tab*
*This way, you create and enable pick-up locations in Cartwheel. If you don't want to get orders in Cartwheel, please uncheck the box next to a pick-up location.
Step 3. Your Square orders will now appear in Cartwheel
If you prefer not to receive orders in Cartwheel at the moment, please deselect the checkbox next to the pickup location under: Properties > Global Settings > Integrations > Square Properties > Locations.
